e-HR“圣经”的作者Al Doran将来华演讲

　　应TPC公司的邀请，Al Doran先生将于6月赴会进行有关e-HR的全球视野与中国实践的演讲。

　　Al Doran先生是国际著名e-HR专家，是IHRIM(国际人力资源信息管理协会)的曾任主席和现任理事，也是总部位于加拿大多伦多的管理咨询公司——Phenix公司的创始任和总裁。

　　Al先生也是被奉为“HRMS圣经”——《HRMS应用指南》(HRMS: A Practical Approach)一书的作者。该书是曾经多次脱销，并多次再版。Al先生还编写了其他多本e-HR方面的书籍。同时，Al先生还是多种人力资源专业刊物的专栏作家和特约撰稿人。

　　作为e-HR、HRMS领域的国际权威人物，他不仅服务于多家知名公司的e-HR咨询和实施服务项目，还经常活跃于国际人力资本、e-HR、HRMS方面的重要会议，作为重要嘉宾发表演讲。

　　In June of 1996， Al was awarded the prestigious Summit Award，the highest award of recognition by the International Association for Human Resource Information Management. Al is the first and only Canadian to receive this special award.

　　Al is the co-author of the HRMS book RMS: A Practical Approach? which was published in January 2000. This book has become the RMS bible?of students and practitioners alike， and has been found by many non-technical HR practitioners to be the missing link in bringing together functional requirements and automated solutions.
