据台湾媒体5日报道，Trade Media Holdings Ltd及World Executive's Digest Ltd公司指称中华网(China.com)抄袭他们网站的文艺作品，涉嫌侵犯版权，於昨天向高等法院提出申诉，要求法庭向中华网公司颁发禁制令。

　　据报导，申诉状指被告中华网公司(China.com Corporation)及中华网国际网络传讯有限公司(China.com Corporation Limited)，侵犯原告Trade Media Holdings Ltd及World Executive's Digest Ltd旗下www.cec.globalsources.com网站内的文艺作品版权，而且中华网声称该作品版权为它所持有，原告要求中华网赔偿损失。
