【IT168 资讯】为了对抗奔腾D的低价攻势,AMD把以前在OEM市场打拼的Athlon 64 X2 3600+推出到了零售市场,这款处理器从未在AMD路线图中出现,被誉为是闪龙的双核版,究竟性能如何呢?HKEPC做了测试。
OPN Code 为 AD03600IAA 4C U ,其 Code 的顺序意思:ADO 代表它是一颗 Athlon 64 X2 65W TDP Energy Efficient版本,3600+ 将拥有35W 、 65W及89W TDP版本。3600 是型号代码,频率与 X2 3800+ 一样为 2.0G Hz, I代表其采用 AM2 接口、A代表Variable V_Core、 A代表 Variable T_Case、 4C U为 512KB L2 ,每颗核心各拥有 256KB L2 ,现时 AMD 双核产品中 L2 容量最少的,由于 Athlon 64 从来没有单颗核心 L2 Cache 低于 512KB L2 ,因此主板厂商们笑说,命名为Sempron X2比较贴切一些。
目前零售价为$1,158 港元(约为 148 美元) ,与 X2 3800+ 零售价 $1,240 港元 (约为 $159美元 ) 价格差距只有6.84%,价格有望进一步拉低。

与3800+相比,X2 3600+并未因L2 Cache容量被减半而受到很大影响,平均差距不到2%,只有Cinbench的Open-GL HW、WinRAR及Microsoft Excel Inventory Converter等测试,使用需要较频繁的存取L2才能出现较明显的差距。

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+在游戏的表现与X2 3800+比较,将会出现较明显的分别,相信是游戏对L2 Cache缓存的使用率较高所致,平均差距达9.63%,最高更可达14.76%。如果X2 3600+与X2 3800+价格相距不远,游戏玩家应优先考虑512KB L2 x 2的X2 3800+。

面对著Intel平价双核Pentium D 915的来犯,AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+仍然保持一定优势,大部份系统测试项目均在领先位置,但当遇上将于第四季推出的Pentium D 925,由于其频率提升了200MHz,部份测试则被扳成平手或被超前,因此Pentium D 925与Athlon 64 X2 3600+谁是最佳之选,主要视乎双者于第四季的格价差距。

不过,在游戏测试中,K8架构的AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+明显拥有优势,主要是ALU架构较优良同时拥有内建记忆体控制器技术的加持,因此对游戏玩家来说,AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+相比Pentium D 915、925更为适合。
根据AMD最新桌面处理器发展蓝图,单核心Athlon 64将不会导入65nm制程,并渐渐退出市场,取而代之为入门级双核产品,因此Athlon 64 X2 3600+将成为AMD未来的重要战将。由于其L2 Cache数目被删去一半,因此其成本将有利于价格竞争,尤其在Fab 36的65nm正式投产后,竞争力将会再度提升,只要定价合适,必能阻挠Penitum D的清库存行动,并进一步把市场侵吞,X2 3600+任务能否成功,很大程度取决于价格上。
