　　毒丸助盛大成就霸业，毒丸是防止未来，想一想盛大已经成为废人了，没有更多现金进行并购了，除非换股。此时，出毒丸是保护现有股东，包括盛大，这个确实叫做股东保护计划。

　　生效日起是3月7日，这下你明白了吧。盛大已经是来股东了。盛大的购买量不应超过0。5%，否则会触发毒丸计划，实际上，盛大也没有能力进行进一步的市场现金收购了，唯一可行的就是换股计划了，或者抛出新浪股票获利。明眼人一看就知道这是在保护盛大顺利过关。

　　NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Sina Corp.’s (SINA) board adopted a shareholder rights plan, days after Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (SNDA) and its controlling shareholder Skyline Media Ltd. bought a 19.5% stake in Sina through the open market.

　　In a press release Tuesday, Sina, an Internet destination network for Chinese communities, said the plan has a 10% trigger. The record date is expected to be March 7.

　　Shanda is permitted to acquire no more than an additional 0.5% of Sina’s ordinary shares without triggering the exercisability of the rights.

　　In its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Shanda said it sought "to explore the possibility of a business combination transaction," though it also said it would keep its investment if those plans fell through.

　　A Sina representative wasn’t immediately available for comment, while Shanda’s spokesman had no comment at this time.
